All of our tenancies are offered on a minimum 48 week term, we are happy to discuss longer lets for those of you wishing to stay in one of our houses for the whole of your time at University. FREE RENT between tenancies if you decide to stay with us the following year either in the same house or one of our other ones!
Rents are from £65.00 per week (all properties are inclusive of all bills, gas elec, tv license and broadband). (Gas & Electricity allowance)
