All of our rooms have a double bed (room permitting), wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.Now letting for 2009/20010. We are pleased to provide you with a tenancy agreement for only 48 weeks. (not 52 as most other landlords do).
All properties are inspected by the University and all of our houses have the necessary HMO Certificates. Our properties have also been inspected by the Council to ensure that we provide accommodation adhering to their strict guidelines.
Deposit is £200 per person and a £75 Admin fee is also payable at the time of paying the deposit.
